Important details
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure for bike loading

- Requires intermediate mountain biking experience
- Bring only a Class 1 pedal-assist e-mountain bike with a 20 mph maximum speed if riding an e-bike
- E-bikes must weigh 58 lbs or less and have a true mountain bike design; throttles, cruisers, and folding bikes are not permitted

Non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice for parties of 3 or fewer, 72 hours for parties of 4 or more, and 7 days for parties of 10 or more.

Each shuttle requires at least four riders. If the minimum is not met, you may be offered a seat on another shuttle or the option to cover the additional seats needed. If cancellation is necessary, you’ll be notified by 5 PM the day before your reservation.
