Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure and check in at least 15 minutes before departure for the captain's safety briefing; late check-in means you cannot join and no refund is given
- Complete the online liability waiver before arriving at the dock
- Leave glass containers and hard liquor behind; adult canned beverages are allowed, and you may bring your own food and drinks
- Do not use full-faced snorkeling masks
- Only individually trained service dogs that assist a person with a disability are permitted; keep your service animal under control, and it may need to remain on the boat for the full trip
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Private charters require 7 days' notice for a full refund. If fewer than 8 passengers are booked, you'll be rescheduled or refunded. Private charters receive a full refund if canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
