- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and kayak instruction
- Ages 6+ only; travelers under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older
- Weight limit: 250 lbs per person and 500 lbs per kayak
- Requires moderate to high physical fitness; morning tours tend to be calmer, while afternoon sessions are more challenging
- Not recommended for heart conditions, neck or back problems, epilepsy, or dizziness; pregnancy is not permitted
- Bring water shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a valid photo ID, and the credit card used to reserve
- Expect a $3 per-person Department of Natural Resources (DRNA) fee not included in the listed price
- Share a tandem kayak; odd-numbered parties will be paired with another participant
- Plan ahead: restroom facilities are not available in the natural reserve
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before check-in for a full refund. Groups of 6 or more must cancel at least 2 weeks before the excursion for a full refund. No refund for later cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. Same-day reservations are final sale.
