Things to know
Check-in at 8:45am, 11:45am, or 2:45pm for departures at 9am, 12pm, or 3pm; duration is 2.5 hours. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring sunscreen, towels, and comfortable boat shoes. IV infusions occur after the vessel returns. When booking, please include each passenger’s full name and date of birth in the notes section. If booking IV therapy, also specify the preferred IV therapy option.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before group excursions or 48 hours before IV Therapy excursions for a full refund. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no charge.
