Cancellation Policy
Canceling or rebooking within 5 days means forfeiting the trip cost or a rebooking fee. No-shows are charged full price. Trips run rain or shine; no refunds for cancellations due to weather. If the operator cancels or reschedules due to adverse weather, conditions, or insufficient participants, you'll receive a refund or have your payment applied to another trip, as you choose.

Park along Brook Rd or the adjoining side streets: Sledd St., High St., or Fritz St. On weekends, use the lot across from the building at 1512 Brook Rd, marked by a green sign.
Bring swimwear, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Leave a towel and change of clothes in your car for after the trip.
Leave your phone in your car; your keys stay with the bus driver while you're on the river. Your guide has a dry bag for personal or medical items and a cooler for your water bottle. You can bring a camera or GoPro at your own risk; the operator is not responsible for loss or damage.
