Renter must be 18+; operators 16–17 require a guardian. Florida boaters born on or after Jan 1 1988 need a valid Boater Safety ID. Minimum rider age is 6, combined weight limit 400 lb, and a $200 deposit hold per jet ski applies.
Cancellation policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Operator or weather cancellations receive a one-year credit. All sales are final once the rental begins. Unsafe operation may result in cancellation without refund.
