- Drivers must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license
- Driving requires fluent English, swimming ability, and the physical strength to flip an overturned Jet Ski
- All riders must be at least 4 feet tall, and total weight per Jet Ski is limited to 450 lbs
- Keep the same passengers for the full rental; passengers cannot switch
- Expect a fuel surcharge for one-hour rentals that is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Same-day bookings are nonrefundable if canceled. Full refund for weather cancellations at the operator's discretion.
