Cancellation fees apply within 120 hours: 10% within 120 hours, 25% within 96 hours, 50% within 48 hours, and no refund within 24 hours. Full refund with more than 120 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
