- Bring a physical driver's license; photos of licenses are not accepted
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required by credit card; American Express is not accepted
- Refuel with gasoline as required; refueling details are provided during check-in
- Download your Google Maps area before the rental, as GPS is not included
- Wheelchair access is not available
- The cruise ship shuttle is not included; a $10 roundtrip fee applies
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 120 hours in advance. Fees apply within 120 hours: 10% within 120 hours, 25% within 96 hours, 50% within 48 hours, and no refund within 24 hours. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
