- Passengers under 18 require a driver age 25+
- A $500 soft damage-deposit hold per Jet Ski is authorized on your card on the day of your rental
- Hull damage waiver is included and limits hull-damage costs to $10,000 per Jet Ski
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in the listed price or taxes and fees
- Quail Creek State Park entrance and parking costs $15 per vehicle and is not included in the listed price
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all passengers
- Weight limit is 600 lbs for a Jet Ski and 350 lbs for a stand-up Jet Ski
- Return on time: 15+ minutes late costs $75, 1+ hour costs $150, and 2+ hours costs a full-day rental
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Plan for a mandatory gas charge based on your rental duration. You also pay a required damage deposit at arrival by credit/debit card only (the deposit is listed as $500 in one place and $1,500 in another—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking). A mandatory $35 hull damage protection charge also applies and provides a maximum out-of-pocket of $10,000.
Drive if you are 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. Passengers can be any age; if any passenger is under 18, the driver must be 25+.
