Things to know
Drivers must be 16+ and you must be 18+ to rent a jet ski alone; no children under 6. If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, bring a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card (or an approved equivalent) or complete the temporary exam before arrival.
You may be subject to a damage deposit; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedules and full refunds for cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance of your tour. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will not receive a refund. Full refund if your tour is canceled because of weather and you are unable to reschedule.
FAQs
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, bring a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card (or an equivalent Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission or National Association of State Boating Law Administrators approved certificate). If you don’t have one, you can take the temporary boating safety exam before your reservation. Bring a printed or digital copy to check-in.
Your reservation may be canceled with no refund. If you’re late, haven’t completed the exam, or don’t have the required documentation at your reserved time, the operator will try to reschedule you based on availability.
