Important details

• Drivers must be at least 21; passengers must be at least 12. Bring a valid, unexpired physical driver's license to drive. All participants 18 and older must bring valid physical ID.
• Height requirement: 4'6"–6'5" (1.37–1.96 m). The combined weight limit is 430 lbs per jetcar. Height and weight checks take place before the tour.
• Participation is not permitted during pregnancy.
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.
• Bring the physical card used for the reservation; photos and electronic copies are not accepted. The cardholder's name must match the reservation and a participant's name.
• A refundable $150 damage deposit, separate from the listed price, is required at check-in as a credit card hold. A credit card with sufficient available funds is required to participate. The hold is released 24 hours after check-in if there is no damage or incidentals; costs exceeding $150 will be charged separately. On-site payments are contactless; cash is not accepted.
• Additional charges may apply for late returns or policy violations.
• Goggles are required for all drivers. Bring your own or purchase them on site at an additional cost.
• Sign the participation waiver before your tour.
• A specific jetcar model, color or style is not guaranteed; a comparable vehicle may be substituted.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start for check-in and a safety briefing. Late arrivals lose their reservation.
