Important details
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Bring a valid, unexpired physical driver's license to drive.
- Passengers must be at least 12 years old. Bring a valid ID if you're 18 or older.
- Height requirement: 1.37–1.96 m (4'6"–6'5"). The combined weight limit is 430 lbs per jetcar. Weight checks take place before each tour.
- Participation is not permitted during pregnancy or while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation to check-in; photos and electronic copies are not accepted. The card must be in a participant's name and match the reservation name.
- A refundable $150 damage deposit is required at check-in and is not included in the listed price. You'll need a credit card with sufficient available funds for the hold; cash is not accepted. The hold is released 24 hours after check-in if there is no damage or incidentals. Additional damage or incidental costs exceeding $150 will be charged separately.
- Late-return and policy-violation charges may apply separately under the rental agreement.
- Bring goggles to drive; they are required for all drivers.
- Sign the participation waiver before your tour.
- A comparable jetcar may replace the selected model, color, or style.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in and the safety briefing. Late arrival may prevent participation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels before the tour starts due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. If canceled after more than 15 minutes for these reasons, you'll receive a partial refund or credit. No refunds or credits for no-shows or late arrivals.
