- Arrive at least 20 minutes before your ride to meet your horse and saddle up. Allow for slow travel times; late arrival may mean missing your ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after booking and more than 30 days before arrival incur a 10% non-refundable, non-transferable fee. Cancellations within 30 days but more than 48 hours before arrival incur a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable fee. Fees are based on the total reservation amount. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows.
