- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time
- Bring a valid driver's license; ages 18+ only
- Ensure every person onboard completes a waiver
- Keep the renter onboard throughout the rental
- Count infants and dogs toward the vessel capacity
- Return the boat by the scheduled end time and before closing time
- A late-return fee applies
- A $15 fuel surcharge applies to 2-hour rentals, and a $30 fuel surcharge applies to rentals over 2 hours; these charges are not included in the listed price
- A security deposit will be charged to your card on arrival and returned within 24–48 hours if no damage is assessed; damage charges may apply up to the cost of repairs

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking have no cancellation fee.

You may still take the boat out, but your rental will still end at its originally scheduled time. Late arrivals do not receive refunds or credits.
