- Bring your driver's license for check-in
- Ages 21+ only to rent; ages 18+ may operate without a parent with a North Carolina boater's license
- Children under 5 cannot ride; children ages 5+ may ride with a parent
- Complete the online rental agreement waiver before your rental
- Requires reboarding the jet ski using the retractable ladder if you fall off
- Wear a properly fitted wetsuit bottom or equivalent protective clothing while operating or riding, or sign the online wetsuit refusal waiver
- Life jackets are included and must be worn at all times
- Jet Ski insurance is required for the renter or operator; passenger insurance is optional
- A refundable $1,200 security deposit is held on your credit card at the time of rental
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; fuel used is charged at market price to the card on file
- Arrive 15 minutes early on Saturdays and Sundays for the mandatory safety and operator briefing; late arrival reduces your rental time
- Private lessons require a rental of 1.5 hours or longer
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Reschedule without penalty up to the day before your rental, except weekends. No-call/no-shows cannot be rescheduled. Weather delays may be rescheduled; interrupted rentals resume after weather clears or the remaining time is rescheduled.
