- Use your own vehicle; drop-offs, walk-up arrivals, and ride-share services are not accommodated
- Leave pets at home; pets cannot enter or remain in vehicles on the property
- Service animals are restricted from all wolf exhibit areas
- Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes and bring sun protection
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour to be eligible for a refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled tour. Severe-weather cancellations may be rescheduled as availability allows.

The center maintains accessibility. Request ADA accessible parking at check-in. The walk to the habitat viewing areas is about the length of a football field.
Large vehicles, including buses and RVs, are not permitted on the private road to the Holiday Wolf Enrichment Tour.
