Cancellation Policy
Full refund 4–7 days before; 50% refund 48–72 hours before. No refund 24–47 hours before or for no-shows. One free reschedule if you miss pickup. If extreme weather cancels the tour, choose a reschedule or full refund. Illness refunds require a medical certificate.
