The vibe here is clearly upbeat, with staff members like Phil, Nate, Cody, and Jason earning consistent shoutouts for being friendly, helpful, and professional. People rave about the variety of activities available, from jet ski rentals and kayaking to snorkeling at Peanut Island and sunset cruises. The convenience factor stands out too, with shuttle service picking guests up directly from their hotels, making the whole experience hassle-free. What really shines through is how accommodating the team is when things don't go perfectly. One guest had their phone malfunction mid-day, and the staff arranged transportation to sort everything out. Another group arrived late, and the crew stayed to make it happen. First-timers especially appreciate the thorough explanations and patience, whether it's learning to scuba dive or just getting comfortable on equipment. With reasonable prices and genuinely knowledgeable guides who know the local waters and wildlife, this operation seems to nail both the adventure and customer service sides of the equation.
I was so fortunate to find this place. I thought the prices were quite reasonable for an hour of wave running and a very expansive area, more than others I have experienced in the past. The young man who helped me, Jason, was very earnest in explaining safety instructions and answered all my questions very thoroughly also. Although I didn't indulge, they also involve kayaks, paddle boards and a variety of other water sports. But if you want a great wave running experience around Singer Island with a potential to explore beautiful scenery and beautiful expensive houses, I would recommend stopping by this place most definitely!
