- The captain is not a lifeguard; Coast Guard-approved life jackets are onboard
- The captain may restrict swimming or modify the trip based on weather, tides, currents, or other water conditions

Cancellation Policy
If the captain cancels due to dangerous weather or other conditions beyond their control, you will receive a full credit or 100% refund. Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a 100% future-use credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded or credited.
