- Check in from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM from October 1 through May 31
- Check in from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM from June 1 through September 30
- Bring a valid photo ID matching the reservation name
- For bookings made within 48 hours, bring the credit card used for purchase if requested at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reservation time. Reservations made within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Performances proceed in light rain or passing showers. The operator may modify, relocate, or cancel for weather, safety, or operational needs. A full refund may be available if the operator cancels entirely, based on booking source and payment method.

Hiʻiaka offers accessible seating, pathways, restrooms, and accommodations for mobility, hearing, or vision needs. Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant shuttle buses are available with at least 72 hours’ notice, and American Sign Language interpretation is available with one week’s advance notice.
Service animals are welcome at the show.
Optional round-trip transportation is available from Waikīkī-area hotels.
