- Explore the south-side route to or from Hana, permitted for this dual sport model

Important details
- Riders under 21 require their own comprehensive insurance.
- A valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement is required at arrival. Bring your license and a photo of it.
- Fuel and any applicable return, damage, loss, or service charges are not included in the listed price. Return the motorcycle with a full tank of 92-octane gasoline; otherwise, a $25 fuel charge applies.
- Returns 30 minutes or more late incur a minimum charge equivalent to one hour of rental. You are also responsible for the full cost of any subsequent reservation lost because of your late return. Overdue motorcycles are reported to police as missing vehicles.
- You are responsible for motorcycle damage, including vandalism, and rental revenue lost while the motorcycle is out of service. Rental-rule violations can result in deposit forfeiture or additional charges.
- A $50 charge applies for each lost key, flat tire, dead battery, missing registration card, or missing no-fault insurance card. A missing license plate costs $125.
- A lost or damaged helmet incurs a minimum $100 charge, including damage such as scratches or scuffs.
- You are responsible for lost or stolen tools, tires, and accessories, tire-changing costs, roadside service, parking and traffic fines, and claims or legal expenses arising from your use of the motorcycle. Mechanical damage caused by negligent operation or failure to perform normal maintenance is also your responsibility.
- Keep the motorcycle on Maui. You are the only authorized driver. Do not use it for racing, reckless riding, towing, transporting people or property for hire, or riding under the influence. Breaking these operating rules ends your right to use the motorcycle and invalidates insurance coverage.
- Do not carry surfboards, kayaks, canoes, or gliders. Attaching equipment or other items requires written permission. Do not sublease or transfer the rental.
- Wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. Complete the waiver before riding; you can sign it in person on arrival.
- Check the engine oil at every refueling. Lock the motorcycle and remove the keys whenever it is not in use.
- Make an immediate police report for damage, and file a police report within 2 hours of any accident. If the motorcycle is missing or stolen, return its keys; failure to return them or cooperate with reporting can leave you responsible for rental charges until recovery.
- Return the motorcycle in its original condition, allowing for ordinary wear, by the agreed return time. Remove all personal belongings before returning it.
- The motorcycle may be substituted because of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
