Cancel 48+ hours before booking for a 100% refund. After 48 hours: full charge. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before; if you don’t request reschedule at least 1 hour before start, no refund. Groups of 4+ need 7 days notice or 50% charge. No-shows charged 100%. If operator cancels and can’t reschedule, 100% refund.
