Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice for 1- and 2-hour rentals. Reservations not claimed within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time are forfeited. No refunds for no-call/no-shows. Inclement weather cancellations receive a digital gift card for the full purchase amount.
