Important details
- No age restrictions apply. Minors require an accompanying adult who can sign a waiver.
- Weight limits: single kayaks 225–275 lbs, depending on the kayak; tandem kayaks 500 lbs; Jimmy Styx paddleboards 225 lbs; Perception HiLife Hybrid paddleboards 280 lbs; Bishop paddleboards 305 lbs.
- Pets are allowed within the paddlecraft's weight limit and must stay in the kayak at Three Sisters Springs. Dogs are not allowed in Hunter Springs Park; bring them directly to the launch for loading.
- Stay within the designated paddling area. Large coolers are not allowed, and alcohol is prohibited at Three Sisters Springs. Do not leave trash in the waterways.
- Watch the required Manatee Manners video at check-in before launching, even if you've already watched it.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs an additional charge of 25% of the full rental price.

FAQs
Yes, during manatee season, November 15–March 31. Wear a wetsuit to help you float at the surface above manatees. Wetsuits are included with your adventure package, or you can bring your own.
Apply sunscreen and bug spray before check-in. Bring a hat and sunglasses for your self-guided paddling adventure.
