Important details
- Minors require an accompanying adult capable of signing a waiver
- Weight limits: single kayaks 225–275 lbs; tandem kayaks 500 lbs; paddleboards 210 lbs
- Pets are allowed within the paddlecraft's weight limit. Keep your pet in the kayak while at Three Sisters Springs
- Stay within the designated paddling area
- Large coolers are not allowed; small soft coolers are permitted. Leave no trash in the waterways, and do not bring alcohol into Three Sisters Springs
- Watch the required Manatee Manners video at check-in before launching, even if you have watched it previously
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 25% charge in addition to the full rental price.
