Arrive at least 20 minutes before your reservation time; later arrivals are considered a no-show and deposits/payments are forfeited. A $50 late fee per kayak applies if you return past your scheduled time. Photo ID is required for each participant.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled rental. No-shows are charged the full price.

Bring a photo ID (required for each participant), your vehicle license plate number, a towel and change of clothes, water shoes or sandals, a bathing suit or clothes you don’t mind getting wet, sunglasses/hat/sun protection, and a waterproof camera and/or waterproof case for valuables.
Return on time to the launch ramp at the end of your paddle. A $50 late fee per kayak applies if you return past your scheduled return time.
