- Drivers must be at least 25 and have prior boat-operating experience
- Drivers born in 1988 or later need a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA)-approved boating license
- A valid photo ID and credit card are required for rentals
- A $200 security deposit is collected at check-in and is not included in the listed price; additional damage costs may apply
- Credit card information may be kept on file for damages or lost articles
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Maximum capacity is 1,000 lbs total, with a 325 lb maximum per passenger
- Drivers must watch the mandatory instructional video before operating the boat
- Night operation and towables such as tubes, skis, and wakeboards are not allowed
- Half-day rentals are available only at 9am or 2pm
- Spray sunscreen is not allowed

Cancellation Policy
Single-day rentals receive a full refund with at least 7 days' notice; multi-day rentals require at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations with less notice are charged in full. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
