Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before for a full refund. If canceled due to weather conditions or mechanical problems, Spencer's Boatyard may change you to another date or a comparable vessel or an upgrade at no additional cost.

Yes. Florida law requires anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission) to operate a motorboat of 10 horsepower or greater.
You need a major credit card for a $1,000 security deposit, and fuel is calculated when you return.
