Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure and check in at least 15 minutes early for the captain’s safety briefing
- Complete the waiver of liability before arriving at the dock
- Bring a government-issued photo ID
- Wheelchairs and strollers must be lifted separately onto the boat because no boarding ramp is available
- Only Americans with Disabilities Act-defined service animals are allowed; keep them under your control, and they may need to remain on the boat
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and trips booked within 24 hours are nonrefundable. A minimum of 6 passengers is required; if unmet, you can reschedule or receive a refund. Full refund if the operator cancels for weather or safety reasons and you cannot move to another time.
