- Arrive 30 minutes before departure and complete check-in at least 15 minutes before departure

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a refund; later cancellations and trips booked within 24 hours are nonrefundable. Private charters require 7 days' notice for a refund. A minimum of 6 passengers is required or you can reschedule or receive a refund. Full refund if weather or safety cancels the trip and you cannot reschedule.
