Important details

• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for arrival. An in-person signature is required from you and the owner of each credit card used for an invoice payment.
• At arrival, you'll sign a statement accepting responsibility for the invoice and reimbursement of credit card chargebacks.
• Parent or guardian supervision is required for all children under 18. All children under 18 count toward attendance, whether or not they play; one birthday child is excluded from the count.
• Charges not included in the listed price apply on site: $30 for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time, and $25 for violating the prohibited party-item rules. A smash cake requires you to handle its cleanup or incur a separate $25 cleanup fee.
• Check in at the front desk to sign liability waivers. Signed waivers are required for every child under 18, including infants, even if they will not participate.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure your children follow them throughout the party.
• Your celebration area is assigned to your time slot and cannot be changed.
• Do not bring confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint, or bubbles. Leave the venue's tablecloths in place; place any additional tablecloths over them. Use only painter's tape for wall decorations and pull-string piñatas.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. Violations may result in removal.
• Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your start time. Early setup is unavailable; use part of your scheduled party time if you need to set up. Late arrival may reduce your party time.
• Leave the celebration area promptly at your scheduled end time. Extended shared-arena play is allowed only when your party does not end at facility closing.
