Important details
- Activities are for children only. You may assist as a parent, but adults cannot participate on their own.
- Adult supervision is required throughout the party. At least one adult must remain in the studio, and no more than 6 non-participating guests are allowed.
- Limit additional food to 2 trays. Outside drinks other than water, ice cream, and food-warming devices such as chafing dishes, canned-fuel warmers, crock pots, and hot plates are not allowed.
- Use tabletop decorations only. Wall decorations, balloon arches, large setups, glitter, confetti, and party poppers are not allowed.
- Supervise children at all times. No running, rough play, or disruptive behavior is allowed.
- Take all food, decorations, and personal belongings home at the end of the party; storage is not available.
- Your final headcount is due 72 hours before the party.
- Arrive on time. Setup is limited to the 15 minutes before your scheduled start, and additional setup or party time cannot be added, including for late arrivals. Leave promptly when your scheduled party time ends.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 20 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before: deposit forfeited, no extra fee; 7–13 days: deposit forfeited plus 50% of the remaining balance; under 7 days: deposit forfeited plus full remaining balance. Reschedule within 60 days: free at 14+ days with deposit transferred, $50 at 7–13 days, $100 under 7 days. No refunds for no-shows or fewer attendees.
