• Parent or guardian supervision is required for everyone under 18.
• Charges not included in the listed price apply on site: $30 for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time, and $25 for prohibited party items or removing the facility's tablecloths. For a smash cake, handle all cake cleanup yourself or a separate $25 cleanup fee applies.
• Check in at the front desk to sign liability waivers. Signed waivers are required for every minor under 18, including infants, even if they will not participate.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure your children follow them throughout the party.
• All children under 18 attending count toward the party's child total, whether or not they participate.
• Your celebration room is assigned to your time slot and cannot be changed.
• Outside food is allowed, but outside drinks are limited to water and juice boxes.
• Do not bring confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint or bubbles. Leave the facility's tablecloths in place; place any additional tablecloths over them. Use only painter's tape for wall decorations and pull-string piñatas.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity and inappropriate behavior are prohibited and may result in removal.
• For Deluxe parties, place food orders at least 48 hours in advance. Pizza delivery times are estimates; delivery is considered late only during the final hour of your party.
• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your start time. Early setup is unavailable, so any decorating must happen during your reserved party time. Late arrival may shorten your party.
• Settle any on-site invoice adjustments 30 minutes before your party ends. Leave the celebration room promptly at your scheduled end time, even if you continue using the shared arena.
