Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a refund upon request, minus nonrecoverable card or processing fees. Reschedule once free with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Within 24 hours, bookings are nonrefundable. Activities run rain or shine; weather closures may receive a rain check depending on time spent.
