- Ages 7+ only
- Weight limit 250 lbs; participants ages 12+ are weighed at admission
- Complete a waiver before participating; minors need a parent or legal guardian-signed waiver
- Participants under 18 require constant supervision by an adult age 18+
- Wear secure closed-toe shoes; sandals, flip-flops, and shoes that slip off are not allowed
- Gloves are required for participation
- Secure longer hair with a hair tie
- Bring a copy of your confirmation email or your season pass card if applicable
- Plan for rain or shine; activities pause during thunder, lightning, or heavy downpours
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may receive a refund minus nonrecoverable processing fees. Within 24 hours, bookings are nonrefundable. One reschedule is available at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
