Important details
- Parental supervision is required throughout the party, with at least one adult remaining in the studio
- A maximum of 6 non-participating guests may stay in the studio
- Final headcount is due 72 hours before the party
- Bring no more than 2 trays of additional food. Outside drinks other than water, ice cream, and food-warming devices are not allowed
- Use tabletop decorations only. Wall decorations, balloon arches, confetti, glitter, and party poppers are not permitted
- Keep shared spaces safe: no running, rough play, or disruptive behavior
- Take all projects, leftover food, decorations, and personal belongings home at the end of the party; storage is not available
- Setup is limited to the 15 minutes before your scheduled start. Arrive on time and leave promptly at the scheduled end; extra setup or party time cannot be added, including for late arrivals
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 20 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations forfeit the deposit; 7–13 days before the party also incur 50% of the remaining balance, and less than 7 days incur the full balance. Rescheduling is free with deposit transfer 14+ days ahead, $50 at 7–13 days, or $100 less than 7 days; the new date must be within 60 days. No-shows forfeit all payments. No refunds for fewer attendees.
