Cancel at least 48 hours before the start for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.

No. Transportation to and from Jackson is not included. Arrange your own transportation to the ranch.
Yes. An optional damage waiver costs $20 per sled, with a $200 deductible for a kids' snowmobile. If the damage costs less than the deductible, you'll receive a refund of the difference.
Dress for being outdoors, preferably in synthetic layers, and bring ski gloves and a balaclava. Goggles or sunglasses are optional and can fit beneath the full-face helmet's shield.
