Important details
- Party activities are for children only. You may assist your child, but adults cannot participate on their own.
- Adult supervision is required throughout the party. At least one adult must remain in the studio.
- A maximum of 6 non-participating guests may stay in the studio.
- You may bring up to 2 trays of additional food. Outside drinks other than water, ice cream, and food-warming devices are not allowed.
- Decorations are limited to tabletop items. Wall decorations, balloon arches, large setups, glitter, confetti, and party poppers are not allowed.
- Keep children supervised at all times. No running, rough play, or disruptive behavior is allowed.
- Take all food, decorations, and personal belongings home at the end of the party; storage is not available.
- Submit your final headcount 72 hours before the party.
- You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup. Additional setup time is not available.
- Leave promptly at the scheduled end time. Party time cannot be extended, including for late arrivals.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 20 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before: deposit forfeited, no extra fees; 7–13 days: deposit plus 50% of remaining balance; less than 7 days: deposit plus full balance. Reschedule 14+ days before free; 7–13 days: $50; less than 7 days: $100. Deposits transfer; the new date must be within 60 days. No arrival within 30 minutes of the start without notice: all payments forfeited.
