Things to know
All riders must sign a liability waiver; riders under 18 need a parent or guardian signature. You should be able to climb and descend stairs without assistance. Pregnant women are not allowed to ride, and each Segway is for one rider only.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for rain or severe weather. Full refund if you cancel 12+ hours before the tour. 50% refund if you cancel 3–12 hours before.
