Cancellation Policy
For in-store pickup rental equipment reservations, cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. You can reschedule up to the time of your booking, subject to availability. If you do not contact them on the day of your booking, it is a no show with no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
