Important details
- Requires ages 16+ to operate; renters must be 21+ with a valid US driver's license, credit card, and vehicle able to tow a small trailer
- Pick up from 6–7 PM the evening before or 8–10 AM on your rental day
- Return by 6 PM to avoid late fees; next-morning returns may be permitted for a $50 per-machine fee
- Stay on legal trails; public-road and off-trail riding is illegal and may result in fines
- Complete a liability waiver for everyone in your group
- Remain responsible for damage or lost items; optional damage insurance costs $35 per machine per day and covers damages over $1,500
Cancellation Policy
Receive an 85% refund when you cancel more than 14 days before your rental date, or a 75% refund 7–13 days before. No refunds are available within 7 days of your rental date.
