Important details
- Ages 21+ required to rent; ages 16+ required to operate
- Bring a valid US driver's license, credit card, and a vehicle able to tow a small trailer for pickup
- Sign a liability waiver for every member of your group
- Ride only on legal trails; public-road and off-trail riding are illegal and may result in fines
- Return all machines by 6 PM; late fees may apply
- Expect a $50-per-machine fee when a next-morning return is approved
- Accept responsibility for damage or lost machines, equipment, and trailers; optional damage insurance is $35 per machine, per day and covers damages over $1,500
Cancellation Policy
Receive an 85% refund when you cancel more than 14 days before your rental date, or a 75% refund 7–13 days before. No refunds are available within 7 days of your rental date.
