- Ages 5+ only. Children under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to accompany them.
- Maximum weight: 300 lbs (136 kg) per person.
- Requires walking through shallow water and independently climbing and descending the boat’s front ladder without assistance. Not wheelchair accessible.
- The person who made the reservation must attend check-in. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Participation is not permitted while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation to present at check-in.
- The $3 per-person Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources conservation fee is not included in the listed price.
- Wear water shoes or secure sandals designed to get wet.
- Swimming and entering the water in the Bioluminescent Bay are prohibited.
- Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and illegal drugs are not permitted aboard. Follow the captain’s safety instructions; unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in denied participation.
- The captain may adjust the route or shorten the tour for weather, navigation, or safety reasons.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and the required safety briefing. Check-in closes at the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure (48 hours for private charters) for a refund minus 10%. Later cancellations, changes and no-shows are non-refundable. Tours run in light rain; clouds or reduced bioluminescence do not automatically qualify for refunds. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
