- Check-In at Punta Papayo:
Meet your captain at Punta Papayo, La Parguera. Receive a brief safety orientation and boarding instructions.
- Cruise to the Bioluminescent Bay:
Enjoy a relaxing nighttime cruise through the protected waters of La Parguera while learning about the area's history and ecosystem.
- Bioluminescent Bay Experience:
Observe the natural glow created by microscopic organisms and learn about the science and conservation of this unique ecosystem.

- U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets for ages 5 and older
Important details
- Children ages 1–4 may participate only with a correctly sized, properly fitted, U.S. Coast Guard-approved infant life jacket. Bring one for each child in this age range; these are not provided.
- All children require accompaniment by a parent or legal guardian.
- Weight limit: 300 lbs (136 kg) per person.
- Requires walking through shallow water from the shoreline and independently climbing the boat ladder to board and disembark. This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
- If you made the reservation, bring the credit card used for payment and a matching valid government-issued photo ID or passport for check-in.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances is prohibited.
- Wear water shoes, sandals, or other footwear that can get wet.
- Do not swim or enter the water inside the Bioluminescent Bay.
- Do not bring alcoholic beverages, drugs, controlled substances, glass bottles, or other glass containers aboard. Smoking is prohibited.
- Follow the captain’s instructions. Unsafe, aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in denied or terminated participation.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing. Check-in closes at departure time; late arrivals may miss the tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least 24 hours before public tours or 48 hours before private charters receive a refund less 10%. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable; bookings within these windows are final. Tours run in light rain; natural conditions do not automatically qualify for refunds. If canceled for unsafe weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
