- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for parking, waiver signing, safety instructions, and water-bike fitting
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation and matching valid photo ID for check-in
- Ages 10+ only; height must be 4 ft 6 in to 6 ft 5 in
- Individual weight limit 250 lbs; combined weight limit 450 lbs per double Chiliboat
- Wear water shoes, sandals, flip-flops, or sneakers that can get wet to walk through shallow water for boarding
- Keep your life jacket fastened, stay with the group, and follow guide instructions throughout the tour
- Swimming, smoking, alcohol, controlled substances, jumping from, hitting, or damaging the water bike are prohibited
- Not suitable for claustrophobia or fear of the dark; medical conditions require doctor authorization and necessary medication
- A $3 Natural Reserve fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- No restrooms are available at the meeting point
- Guides may modify, delay, shorten, reroute, or cancel the activity when conditions are unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a refund less a 10% administrative and processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, late arrivals, missed departures, and failure to meet requirements are non-refundable. Full refund or rescheduling if the guide cancels due to unsafe conditions.
