- Arrive at least 30 minutes early; allow up to 1 hour on Saturdays for parking and entrance lines
- Glass bottles, smoking and red wine are not allowed
- A $5 per-person Travis County Park entry fee is not included in the listed price and is paid in cash at the booth
- A 20% captain gratuity is not included in the listed price and is settled directly with the captain after the charter
- Swimming and water activities are not allowed when lightning is visible or until 30 minutes after it was last seen
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days before start receive a full refund; 15–30 days before start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start time are non-refundable. This is a rain-or-shine event. Rescheduling has a 20% rebooking fee and is unavailable on Saturdays and major holiday weekends.

The boat accommodates up to 12 guests. All ages are welcome.
Bring your own snacks, water and beverages, including alcohol. Bring towels if needed. Glass bottles and red wine are not allowed.
Allow 10–15 minutes before boarding for safety instructions, waivers and boarding assistance. Allow another 10–15 minutes after the cruise to gather your belongings and exit safely.
