- A minimum 18% captain gratuity is not included in the listed price and is paid directly to the captain during or after the rental
- All travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway
- Alcohol consumption is limited to travelers ages 21 and over
- Requires walking down a dock and stepping on and off the boat safely without assistance
- Not wheelchair or stroller accessible
- No glass or Styrofoam is allowed on the lake
- Trips operate rain or shine unless the captain determines weather conditions are unsafe
- Swimming and waterslide use are at your own risk
- Boat damage caused by your group may result in a charge of up to $500 to the card on file

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before start for a full refund. Cancel 10 days or less before start and lose the $200 deposit; 5 days or less, lose 50%. No refund within 48 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather; if a trip has started, receive a refund for unused rental time.

Bring sunblock, flip-flops or other shoes, and any food or snacks you want. Leave Styrofoam and glass behind; neither is allowed on the lake.
Your rental typically begins with a 20–30 minute cruise on Lake Austin. Many groups then spend time at Party Cove with the floating mat, beer pong table, music, and swimming before returning to the pickup location.
