Important details
- The cardholder must present a credit card and identification at check-in
- Everyone in your group must sign the electronic waiver before boarding
- A $5 cash per-person Travis County Parks entry fee is not included, including if arriving by rideshare
- No glass is allowed inside the park
- A minimum $300 late-return charge applies if your party causes the boat to return late
- Arrive 35 minutes early on Saturdays and holidays, or 15 minutes early Monday through Friday. Your boat returns at its scheduled time even if you arrive late

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 10 days before your reservation for a refund minus a 20% administration fee. Less than 10 days' notice and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled. Holiday weekend reservations cannot be refunded or rescheduled except for unsafe weather. This is a rain-or-shine activity; light rain does not qualify. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or a government shutdown, receive a refund minus a 20% administration fee or a gift card for 100% of your reservation value.
