- The cardholder must present the credit card used for the reservation and photo identification at check-in
- A $5 cash entry fee per person is paid directly to Travis County Parks, including for rideshare drop-offs
- Arrive 30 minutes early on Saturdays and holidays, or 15 minutes early Monday through Friday; late arrivals do not receive extra time
- A late return due to your group's negligence carries a minimum $300 charge

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 10 days before your reservation; cancellations receive a refund less a 20% administration fee. Less than 10 days' notice, no-shows, and holiday-weekend reservations are not refundable or reschedulable. This runs rain or shine; light rain and forecasts do not qualify. If unsafe weather or a government shutdown causes cancellation, receive a refund less 20% or a 100% gift card.
